1. How do I log into Military.com?
To log in to your Military.com account, go to our Member Login page.
Then enter in your Screen Name and password. If you don't know
or can't remember your login information, you can retrieve it
by visiting our Sign-In Problems page.
2. How do I access my Military.com email account?
Make sure you are logged in and click here.
We suggest you bookmark this page. There is also a link towards
the upper left corner on the home page at
Military.com.
3. I would like to contact the Military.com advertising
or sales team.
To contact our sales and marketing teams, fill out the Request
Information form.
4. I am a member of the press or media and would like to
contact the Military.com team.

Shopping channel.
If you have a question about an item offered on our Shopping
section, or if you had a problem with an order, go to our Marketplace
Help section and identify the appropriate vendor. Most of
them have direct customer service email addresses for you to
contact -- your first step should be to get in touch with the
vendor directly. If you are not satisfied with your communications
with a Marketplace vendor, please
email us with the following information:
- The name of the vendor
- The item you purchased, including any billing information
- A description of your complaint or problem
6. How do I cancel or delete my Military.com membership?
If you no longer want to be a member of Military.com, please
send us an email
message with this information:
- Your logon member name, exactly as you type it in
- Your password, exactly as you type it in
- Your email address (the one you used when you registered
for membership, NOT your Military.com email address)
- The reason you are canceling your account
Deleting your membership will result in the following:
- You will be unable to log into the site using your former
member name and password
- Your member profile will be deleted
- You will not be able to use discussion groups or be a member
of unit pages
- You will not be able to maintain any unit or group pages
that you created
- Any pages you built will be lost, and we will be unable
to retrieve them for you
If you cancel your membership, please also note that this
will not change any information in our Buddy Finder/Personnel
Locator that comes from Department of Defense databases. The
only information we can remove is the information you added
to the site, in your Personal Profile.

7. How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to a
Military.com newsletter?
You may subscribe or unsubscribe to any of our newsletters by
going to the Subscription Management page.
8. How can I update my personal profile information?
You must be logged in to change your information.
1. Click on "My Account" on the Military.com homepage,
which is located towards the upper left hand corner of the
page, on the left-hand side of the page.
2. You'll be taken to your Personal Profile page. Click on
the appropriate links to update your profile information.
NOTE: You cannot add additional units here. You must go to
individual unit pages and join there. If no page exists for
one of your units, you can create one yourself!
9. Technical problem?
Please email us with as much information about the problem as possible. We appreciate your patience, and will do everything we can to correct the problem.
10. How can I get a copy of my service record?
For complete information, forms, links, and regulations on obtaining
a copy of your (or a family member's) service records, visit
the Records Overview page in the Resources section of our site.
11. How do I change my email address?
To change your email address on your Military.com account, please login and click on My Account on the homepage. Then click Account Settings and then the Change Email link.
Please remember that if you change your email address, the new email address must be verified.
12. Are there classified ads on Military.com?
Please visit our Classified Ads
section to see, or add to, our ads.
13. How do I add a unit, tribute or reunion
page to Military.com?
To build a unit, tribute or reunion page, please login and click on My Account on the homepage. When you arrive at your profile page, go to the far right, near the top, and lay your pointer on More. Click on Page Manager and add your pages there by following the prompts.
14. I forgot my Military.com password.
If you forgot your password, please use the Military.com Password-Retrieval Tool.
15. How can I find a unit?
You can search all five military branches for your favorite units,
past and present, at the Military
Unit Finder.
16. How do I find other Military.com members,
or friends in the military?
You can find friends by logging in and going to http://www.military.com/profile/friends-find.html to search more than 20 million records for military buddies.
